After always baking from a young age and enjoying experimenting with new recipes and indulgent ingredients, I was inspired by the Bake Off (or rejection from it) and set up Sam's Bakehouse. Specialising in doughnuts, cronuts, yum yums and cannoli, you can find my creations around Manchester and Cheshire at various artisan markets.
