Hey! I'm Sam and I run Sam's Bakehouse, a small bakery based in Chorlton, South Manchester. Specialising in cannoli, cookie pies, brookies and brownies, you can find my creations around Manchester and Cheshire at various artisan markets as well as being stocked in cafes and restaurants.

Launched in 2019 as a side project, the bakery has grown to a full time job, winning awards and featuring in the national press.
