Hey! I'm Sam and I run Sam's Bakehouse, a small bakery based in Chorlton, South Manchester. Specialising in cannoli, cookie pies, brookies and brownies, you can find my creations around Manchester and Cheshire at various artisan markets as well as being stocked in cafes and restaurants.

Launched in 2019 as a side project, the bakery has grown to a full time job, winning awards and featuring in the national press. ​​

 

After celebrating the 5th anniversary of the business in July 2024, the decision was made to close the doors of Sam's Bakehouse at the end of August 2024.
